To give effect to the relief announced vide Press Release dated 8-4-2020 w.r.t all pending Customs refund and drawback claims, CBIC has instructed the initiation of ‘Special Refund and Drawback Disposal Drive’. The objective of this drive is priority processing and disposal of all pending refund and drawback claims. This Special Drive shall be in place till 30-4-2020 disposing all refund and drawback claims pending as on 7-4-2020.
