CBIC has extended the due dates of compliances such as filing of any appeal, reply or application or furnishing of any report, document, return, statement or such other record which falls during the period 20-3-2020 to 29-6-2020 to 30-6-2020 subject to certain conditions. Also, in case the validity of e-way bill expired during the period 20-3-2020 to 15-4-2020, the validity period of such e-way bill shall be extended till 30-4-2020.
